This project is an attempt to portrait my state of mind of conflicting with different-selves as changes of shadows according to the light.
Just as one object can cast various shadows depending on the degree and direction of the solar light, the concept and definition of ‘self’ can differ depending on time and space. The current ‘self’ can be different from the previous ‘self’, and so it can be understood only in the context of Karma. The concept and definition of ‘self’ can also be determined by one’s relationships with others. The reflection of the ‘self’ seeks to understand the most exact image of ‘self’. This piece will show the process of reflecting on multiple ‘selves’.
